I have had a unit with them for at least 8 years, since i was about 18, keeping with them in my unit sentimental items of my late fathers. they have worked with me, and been more patient with me than i could have ever expected over the years when they did not have to. They are great people, friendly and understanding, but also business minded and very clever. maybe mine was a special case which i doubt i will ever know as i do not know them personally, but nevertheless they are great people. Now do not get me wrong, they are not to be attempted to be taken advantage of! As with any storage place, if you are late on paying be ready for their lock to be on your unit and too late and you will lose your stuff, but not without plenty of notice and proper contact letting you know its going to be gotten rid of. they, like anyone else, are just trying to make a living and take care of their own and have a business to run, but if you want a reasonable price and friendly people to deal with in this area, Old Fields Storage is your place!
